Rolf Institute of Structural Integration®

Welcome! My name is Jason Rambo. I have been working in the field of Manual Therapy with a focus on Rolfing Structural Integration for a decade now.  Over the years I have added visceral manipulation, neural manipulation and cranial sacral therapy.  I enjoy helping people find more comfort in their bodies and less pain. The goal for my practice is to help my clients find their own best way to wellness.

Tired of not feeling at home in your own body?

Rolfing SI aligns and balances the body by layering, lengthening and realigning the fascia. As fascia is lengthened and more room is created; the muscles are able to move more efficiently. Through a systematic method of touch and movement education the body nears a more structurally optimal position. This may lead to physical, emotional, and psychological change. When a body is aligned in gravity it moves with greater ease, requires less energy to function, has effortless good posture, and is able to breathe more easily.

Before and After Rolfing“When a body is in pain or discomfort, whether physical or emotional, the unconscious response is to tighten and shorten in an effort to “get away” from the pain. Rolfing focuses on lengthening and balancing the body in order for the tightened tissue to have some place to go after the release.” —Ida P. Rolf
